Career Path
What was your first job after college and how did you get it?
I was the Executive Director of an international foundation. I co-founded the organization.

How did you get your current job?
I went through a rigorous and interesting selection process, and was chosen to experience Coro

What experiences and/or course work in college best prepared you for this job or influenced your decision to do this work?
I would say that a lot of my honors courses helped prepare me for the intellectual level of Coro, and that my journalism classes have been key in preparing me for interviews.

Any regrets? What experiences and/or course work might have better prepared you for this work?
I have no regrets. James Madison College at Michigan State University was an excellent educational path for me.

Have you attended graduate school or are you considering graduate school? What degree do you have/would you want and why? Are there any limitations to advancement in your field if you do not have a certain graduate degree?
I am considering graduate school, and would go for my Master's in Public Affairs or my MSPPM.
